How we recruit?

Beside the construction / building knowledge and skills, the strong discipline and teamwork are of our terms in CV/ candidates screening.

To meet clients’ specific requirements, we will need to fully understand the employers’ projects, skilled required, working terms and conditions, and welfare package, location and others before our candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview arrangement.
As a normal practice, we will prefer the employers to the on-site-test if possible.
All documentation will be done with our help for employer’s work permit application in the country. Visa application in the Embassy will be arranged smoothly in our hands.
